The sterling silver heart chain of this necklace is approximately 18" from the handmade fancy sterling silver clasp to the end of the chain. Each sterling silver heart is approximately 8mm across. You can personalise this item by adding a sterling silver circle tag on the clasp, which can have an initial of your choice. This makes it an extra special gift for any occasion. Please note there is an additional fee of £2.50 for this personalisation.
