Delivery

Most orders placed by 11am will be posted the same working day via DPD*

Please do note that once your order has left us it is in the hands of DPD* 

For order values below £49.99 a postage fee of £3.95 applies. 

For order values between £50 and £149.99, we offer free standard DPD delivery (1-2 working days)*.

For order values over £150, you will receive free DPD next day delivery*.

Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed on weekends & bank holidays.

* Please note that our chosen courier service is DPD for mainland UK deliveries. In the case of Channel Isle, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highland, Scottish Isles and the Scilly Isles Standard delivery will be via Royal Mail 1st Class, or a 2 day service from DPD. Northern Ireland deliveries will be a 2 day service via DPD at an extra cost.

Christmas Returns & Exchanges
As we approach the festive season we understand that you may want to purchase a gift for Christmas. Any items purchased after 10th November 2025 will be able to be exchanged if returned before 10th January 2026. These items will only available for exchange not for a refund. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.


Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are very sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
 
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
 
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
 
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
 
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Personalised jewellery with more than one initial cannot be refunded.
 
Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.


Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our jewellery is made by hand from scratch and so some pieces could take up to a week and a half to be dispatched. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
