Each sterling silver heart charm is approximately 8mm and comes on either a 16" or 18" thick sterling silver chain.
You can personalise this item by adding a sterling silver circle tag on the clasp, which can have an initial of your choice. This makes it an extra special gift for any occasion. Please note there is an additional fee of £2.50 for this personalisation.
